The Paradiso is the third canticle of Dante's Divine Comedy, ascending through the celestial spheres to the Empyrean and the Beatific Vision of God. It is the most theologically ambitious and least read canticle.
The supreme poetic attempt to describe the experience of God; its final vision is the highest achievement of medieval Christian literature.
No conceptual posterity found.
