Delroy L. Paulhus is a Canadian personality psychologist at the University of British Columbia, best known for his research on socially aversive personalities - the dark triad (narcissism, psychopathy, Machiavellianism) and, with Kevin Williams, the dark tetrad which adds everyday sadism as a fourth construct. His work on self-enhancement and overclaiming has also been influential.
